We are looking for a commercially minded recruiter who wants to be part of building something modern, ambitious, and internationally focused from the ground up.

The Role

We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our growing team, focused on supporting US-based clients within the technology sector.

This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong relationship-driven approach. You will work closely with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process while partnering internally with Account Executives to drive successful placements.

You’ll be joining an AI-first environment where automation, systems, and tooling are embraced to improve efficiency and recruiter performance.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 1:30pm – 10:00pm (SA Time)

  • Friday: Half day

  • Aligned to US Eastern Time

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility during the mornings and thrives in an international working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Candidate Management

  • Source and engage top tech talent

  • Conduct candidate qualification interviews

  • Manage candidate pipelines

  • Prepare candidates for interviews

  • Build long-term talent relationships

Client Engagement

  • Join and lead introductory client calls

  • Understand hiring requirements and business needs

  • Support ongoing client communication

  • Coordinate interview processes and feedback

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage recruitment processes end-to-end

  • Maintain high-quality candidate experience

  • Ensure strong communication throughout the hiring cycle

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward

AI & Systems

  • Use AI tools to streamline sourcing, admin, note-taking, summaries, outreach, and workflows

  • Continuously improve efficiency through technology and automation

  • Contribute ideas to improve internal systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years recruitment experience (tech recruitment preferred)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable speaking with international clients and candidates

  • Commercially minded with strong ownership mentality

  • Organised and proactive

  • Curious about AI and modern ways of working

  • Startup mentality with a willingness to build

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience recruiting into the US market

  • Agency recruitment experience

  • Experience using AI tools in your workflow
