Our client was based in a small town in Pacific Northwest. They needed to build a team to scale the organisation.
BRIEF
A key part of their growth strategy was a division focused on a new service line.
They had brought in successful people experienced in the market to lead the division.
OBJECTIVE
However, they were struggling with finding the next level of talent. Without the second-tier team members, the division would be unable to get off the ground.
So they reached out to us on December 23rd. During our initial call, we discussed the role, target experience, the comp package, and the process.
SOLUTION
We started sourcing December 26, and an offer was made on January 16th. That is 15 working days to source, interview and fill the role.
How? By getting a clear understanding of the client’s goals, we were able to communicate a value proposition to the right person. From there, we helped the client align on the value the candidate wanted for the role.
